Very helpful for beginners but I’ve found that they can be uncomfortable for those with uneven teeth!

Before this product came along, I was rolling up, wet cotton rounds and placing them underneath my clients lips. This has made life so much easier for myself and for my clients. All of my clients have reported that it is comfortable. And I’m not dealing with moving cotton rolls around in peoples mouths anymore. Thank you Shay!
